These are true to size. The best thing to do is measure your head and we can plug that into the sizing charge.

Helmets, and other safety gear is all about being prepared for the “what-ifs”, which is why Shoei incorporates their Emergency Quick Release System (EQRS) into the X-12. This is a set of tabs that allow emergency personnel to quickly and easily detach the cheek pads and remove the helmet without putting any strain on the neck of a rider that could possibly be injured.
