FastBikes USA clip-ons are honed from solid billets of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy to be light and strong around the BMW S1000RR’s fork tubes. Set at a 7° downward angle, the handlebars are at an optimal angle for comfort and maximum rider control. After most machining is complete, all metal is Type II anodized for lasting good looks – but then, an additional step of machining is employed to cut radial lines into the top and chamfered sides of the clamps. These radial marks allow the user to be absolutely sure that the handlebars are attached to the bike in a truly symmetrical manner. After all, the key to performance is consistency and these clip-ons help take one more piece of guesswork out of the equation. So far as we know, FastBikes USA are the only manufacturers of 55mm clip-ons with this feature!

Looking at the clip-ons from the side, under the top triple clamp – it will be no problem to be sure they’re lined up correctly thanks to the chamfered upper clamp surface’s radial alignment marks.

Hello. I picked up a set of these in June this year. As TJ said the radial lines on the outside are a big help to make sure the clip-ons are positioned at exactly the same position relative to one another. The height of the bars is positioned a tad bit lower than the stock clip-ons which is what I was looking for in the riding position. The fit and finish is awesome and the stainless fasteners are a nice touch, everything from FastBikes USA has this attention to detail though. I also have a set of their frame sliders and swing arm spools and everything is super high quality with stainless hardware. It gives you confidence knowing that their stuff isn’t engineered to just look good but that it’s designed to be functional and last a lifetime.
