Default How tight should leathers fit

I purchased Alpine star leathers recently. I am 32 Waist so I got pants 34. Length is perfect, waist is just right a tad on the loose side. Problem is that I feel the pants tight on my thighs. Dealer tells me that thats the way they should fit and that they will stretch some. Otherwise they fit perfect like gloves. Whats your opinion?

I suppose it depends on what part of town you're hanging out in.

A little snug is ok as you don't want them to twist or slip if you hit the ground. Will give you nice burns if they do. But they shouldn't interfere with your movement on the bike. You should be able to put your knee down without pinching or binding behind the knees, etc. They will stretch a little bit, but not much. If you have larger than average build for your height (i.e. working out a lot), you might want to look at custom made rather than off the rack.

Normally if you have a suit then in the beginning it should be really tight. After 4-5 times of use then it will start to take your body form. When I first bought my leather suit I felt like a robot. The fit must be tight because the leathers stretch with time.

I'm glad you mention they stretch some...I guess I need to wear them pants more often. Only rode with them once so I will put some miles on them soon.

I agree with the above replies, they will stretch and conform. For me I bought the exact size that I wear in street clothes. Initially it was tight, but thinking as Nomad said. I kept it and after several track days, it's perfect. Under Armor is your friend in the summer months, they'll slide off with no prob's.

Put them on, do several deep knee bends, a few squats , bend over and touch your toes a few times

No idea if that'll help but you could sell the vid on line to a fetish site and buy the matching jacket.

Apparently.

I put on my full Alpinestars leathers and jumped in front of my wife...Her jaw dropped like in a Tom n Jerry Cartoon. They make you look handsomer! got laid right that minute.
