Congrats! I would have met you there and I was planning on taking part at the exact same camp, but I don't have a U.S. motorcycle license anymore, so they won't let me rent one of the bikes. I was really looking forward to it too, since my trip to the States aligns with the two-day camp on the 7th and 8th. Oh well, I guess I can spend that time renewing my U.S. license. Have fund nonetheless.

Really? I was actually registering for the camp and right before I paid, I read the fine print of the terms and conditions. It says, "Renting a BMW S1000 RR: This is only for those participants that are renting one of the school’s S1000 RRs, you must have a valid motorcycle license, it does not have to be from the state that you are attending the school in."
I assumed that meant you must have a valid U.S. motorcycle license. I only have a Korean one. I guess that means they will accept a valid license from any country. Doh! I should have just contacted them and asked. Maybe if Misti is reading this, she can confirm.

I just call Carlos, a friend and confirmed that he has only a mexican one...and on top he forgot to take it...and no problem. He told me that CSS told him that he only needed a valid motorcycle license from whatever country he had.
So come you have time to make it...maybe their is a spot, dont do that by the web just call Whitney, the phone is in the contacts at the CSS web page, Whitney is the responsable of the office and registration.

I can confirm that you need a valid motorcycle licence from ANY country, it doesn't have to be from the USA.
