Doing trackdays is a must

If you own a sportbike you need to do trackdays, it doesn't mean you want to go racing but more as a safety means trackdays will teach you how to handle your bike and get you out of trouble if the situation arise, it helps you with dealing with target fixation or not freezing during a panic moment while riding also teach you to trust your bikes and it's capability, it don't matter your age trackdays are for everyone
