I ordered one of these 8 days ago and all I got was a paypal confirmation of payment. Whats the deal? Are these in stock? Says so on your website. It would be nice if your website has some way to log in and track orders.

I dont know if I spoke to Randy but whoever I spoke to was very nice. Still not confidence inspiring that the result of the conversation was "I guess your order fell through the cracks".

The past two weeks have been... Hell.

We just moved our shop from Greenville SC to Knoxville, TN, and things have gotten backed up a little bit so I haven't been able to keep up with things on the forum the way I would like.

Regardless your windscreen has shipped out this morning and you will have it very shortly.

Sorry for the delay, but hopefully we are finished with most of the time consuming issues and everything will keep going smoothly from here on out.

I've ordered over $1K worth of parts from Randy. Good guy to deal with and has best prices around. Maybe a little slow with some parts but that's usually with special order items from abroad. Had an issue with one part and he made good on it.

I just placed an order for the windscreen with Randy and i'm impressed. From initial email on my part to postal confirmation was less than an hour. They definately have my business.
