Default not to be a stick in the mud....

but, has anyone done legit testing to determine how pads and different calipers may or may not affect the ABS system? Maybe it won't at all if the ABS system uses the wheel speed sensors to compare front and rear wheel speed but this is a concern of mine....

The ABS and Traction Control systems have nothing to do with the calipers and pads.

It's the rotors that have a special ring underneath them as seen in the picture below, that along with a sensor are used to implement the ABS/TC systems.
