Hi there I'm the FNG just got my new S1K two weeks ago and only have 300 miles on her so far but the weather has been crap. Thats my excuss and I'm sticking to it.

Anyone here go to the Backfire bike nights, one this week anyone going if the weather is good enough?

I make it to Backfire about 1/3 the time, but usually save it for better weather - like last Saturday. The real spring has got to be coming soon. I'm just too busy to make Version 23, I'll be gone in May on a bike trip, so it will probably be June for me.

so I went to the Backfire bike night last wenesday and saw three other S1000RR there any of those you guys?
All were the Acid Green mine was the mineral silver.
Yep! I was there on my Kermit.
I saw fitter32's black S1 (w/ the TaylorMade exhaust), and yours as well.
But I didn't see any other greenie's there.
I did see a greenie parked near the statue of Stalin on my way out...that one musta made it's way down after I left. Rainman is on one as well, but I don't think he showed up.
We'll have to hook up at the next one!
