I have decided random numbers handed out sequentially by the DMV is probably best (i.e. less easy to remember).

Piss someone off with that plate and they will certainly remeber it the next time they see you on the road or come across your parked bike, my thought on why I don't want personalized plates...

yep having a personal number plate enables people to remember you too easy. Especially in terms of theft and speeding. Me and my Bro use to have one on our r6's many moons ago and we soon ditched it....
