SF Bay area...Sacto is too far away for me, unless I'm visiting family...

I use it!

In fact my book mark points me to the NW forum so I don’t miss anything, I'm just not in NorCal so I didn't muck up your thread (Until Now) with a reply.

There are three of us that ride together regularly in Portland, plus Lee is kicking around somewhere (How come we haven’t ridden together?) and a couple other S1K's.

Three fellow NW'rs also made the trek down for a track day or two last season, we’ll probably cross paths at the Ridge this year.

Sacrament is a BIT of a hump for a day ride though.

San Francisco. Once I get it running, I maybe up for a ride. But for riding fast I prefer track days. Give me a few weeks to put frankenstein together.

Now thats more like it. Glad to hear people are out this way. The ridge is great but its always fun to tell everyone it has a ton of cops on it... Its not as good as it used to be after the repaving. Wentworth is great but too many people kill themselves or crash out there. I agree trackdays are where its at! They are just over too fast.

Time flies when you are having fun.. or when you are on a S1000rr.

I'm from Weed CA, i go to Sac once in while to visit Family. Lots of good roads around here in the mountains. But to cold right now. Couple more months will be great riding weather. And when they clear all the gravel off the roads. I still have 400 miles before my first service to enjoy the full power of my Sk. we will have meet up to get a ride in this spring.
Ride Safe!!
