Syracuse Ny area

Anyone here from the Syracuse NY area?
Just curious since I don't see a lot of s1k's around..

Other than my own (and those in the dealership) I haven't seen even one in upstate New York! I know they're selling well, but you couldn't prove it by me. If you're looking to ride with other S1000RR owners, I think you'll have to actively seek them out through forums like this and elsewhere. Don't be surprised if you find less than a half dozen within 100 miles Syracuse. Maybe closer to Albany or Buffalo? Good luck!

Although I live 54 miles south of Syracuse I work there. Ride the bike to work pretty much every day! My good friend lives 16 miles west of me, he has a yellow S1K. Another guy I met a few weeks ago lives near Binghamton, he has a yellow one too. I know of a thunder gray owner who lives near Watertown and has come to Quaker Steak and lube bike night in Syracuse several times. I believe there are also a few others near Rochester. All of us are on this forum. Let me know when you'll be out on a ride some weekend and I'll try and meet up with you.

Well, that's good news! At least there are a few of us in Central NY. Thus far, I haven't met another S1K rider in person, but I haven't exactly been on a search, either. Group rides and such are a great way to hook up with folks.
