Default New Jersey S1000RR riders holler up!!!

I am new to this forum, but I have had a long love affair with BMW for over 25 years. I have owned several BMW cars over the years and I had been patiently waiting for BMW to finally introduce a bike to finally dethrone the Japanese Suzuki Hayabusa. I ordered a 2011 S1000RR, but she will not be available for delivery until December 15th. I have to now wait like a "crack head" or Lindsey Lohan waiting for my next fix until she comes in. I have never driven a bike that feels so right before. I almost bought a BMW K1300S a few years ago and I'm glad I waited for "The Ultimate Superbike." I live in South Jersey near Cherry Hill and Mt. Laurel. How many of you live in New Jersey and do you ever have any bike meets or caravans?

Odbviously, there must be nothing going on in California except you glued to the TV watching Lindesy Lohan getting out or going to jail as usual when I was specifically trying to find people in New Jersey that ride the S1000RR. I assume you did not understand it, because maybe it's a "Jersey thing."

Welcome aboard. I'm in Delaware and originally placed my order for the S1000RR at DeSimone in Cherry Hill. Too bad they're no longer in the motorcycle business.

You have a great track at New Jersey Motorsports park in Millville, NJ, just an hour from you. I would suggest you sign up for some track days in the Spring, to let that baby breath.

Welcome,
I'm right down the road in Deptford and in love with my S1K. Sfoster is correct, millville is awsome. Team promotion has track days and Keith code will have his level 1 course there in the spring. Keith code actually uses the S1K for its school now, so i'll definetly be there. Keep in touch, i'm always down to ride

J,

Post some pics when she arrives. I'm in Jersey City but grew up in Marlton so I know the area very well.

Trust me, I'm counting down the days until she arrives. She's scheduled to be in a container from Germany by the end of this month. I don't care how cold it will be during that time, because I'm still going to drive her!!!
