Evening from Manchester...

Picked up my new RR yesterday, Thunder Grey and seriously tidy looking bike !
Came home in rain mode I must admit !, looked to put some miles on this morning to find it raining all day, not funny...

But tomorrows another day

Good to be back on a superbike, went from an R1 to an F800GS, while the GS is a nice bike, it is just too 'safe'. So decided to move onto the RR...

same in NE ,pissin down had to watch wsb ,moto2 all day any mods in the pipeline?

Weird, I live in in Manchester, set off out from the dealers at 9.15 this morning, got home at 7 tonight, only got wet last 45 mins

Welcome to the site, despite hailing from the wrong side of the Pennines

I went from a 2006 R1 to a 2008 R1200GS and then to the S1k, so a similar route to you. I just pined for another sportsbike.

They work in the rain too you know

Will need to do more investigation regarding mods and whats best, the bike seems to be a good spec already, but will read on the forums about whats best....
