New member Melbourne ,Australia
Hello All, I am the lucky owner of a 2011 S1000RR and can say its the best bike i have owned. As i have only done 200km it is yet to have the rpm limit taken off and i cant do the 1000km quick enough!!! I was supplied an AKRA slip on short titanium with laser etched logo by the dealer and was wondering if i can buy the AKRA headers to make it into a full system? If so does anyone know the part number and cost? I will get Stainless steel as its the cheapest, Any help is much appreciated Regards....Dean

Thanks Rich & Kahapa for the welcome, your bike should be a weapon now hey Richard? Cant wait to get the full system on mine, thats why the question regarding the slip on i was supplied. Ive read you can get the headers to bolt straight to the slip on i have but i need to know if its possible and the part number in the Stainless Steel Headers? And also any idea on cost and where to buy them? Im sure someone out there has done this or attempted if its possible, Or do i sell the slip on and buy the full system? Seems stupid if the mufflers are the same???

Hi Dean, the Akra website also has part numbers on it, but i would also try some of the vendors on this site.

Welcome,
You can get the headers from ridersdiscount for around 800s plus shipping. Send TJ a pm. I am currently using them with the stock exhaust can.
