Is it legal to have the red light on the front? Have you been pulled over by the police?

How did you wire it up, just curious if you can shut it off while you're riding or if you wired it up to the parking lights, etc.

Here in wisconsin it is legal to have neons anywhere on a motorcycle. I wired them to the battery and to a toggle switch under the passanger seat. I didnt know where to put a toggle switch without drilling holes. Wasnt to fond of that idea.
