Hey Guys/Gals,

I'm new to the forum and would like to introduce myself.
I have a '12 S1000RR on the way.

I've been riding for the last 12 years, some previous bikes i have owned are as follows:

'97 GSX-R 750
'02 R1
'04 R1
'07 R1

As you can see, i have been on Yamahas for the last 10 years and wanted a change. It was between the CBR1000RR and the Bimmer. The deciding factor was the test ride BMW allowed and Honda refused.

Congrats in the bike and welcome to the board! Yes, unfortunately unless you know somebody in the jap dealership the only bikes you can test ride are cruisers... In any case you'll not regret your choice... Post a pic when she comes home...
