There have been a couple of posts about clutch cables fraying and or breaking/snapping.
Only suggestion is keep an eye on the ends during your pre-ride check to make sure they look good. If it snaps withing the cable cover there isn't much you can do unless it starts to feel much stiffer.
Clutch cable should be much easier for them to get than transmission parts so that could be an upside for your current situation. Still sucks though.

That is bad luck for sure. Sorry to hear you have had bikes down so much. Have you asked the dealer what they plan on doing for you for having your bike for so long? I worked at a dealer for awhile and people that wrote letters to the main office got stuff done. Hope they have a clutch cable in stock for you.

H-2, not to point out the obvious, but it kind of looks like the thing has spent more time in the shop then on the road. I'm pretty sure he isn't to happy at the moment.

Sorry for your bad luck. Hope threw cable thing is the end of your troubles.

Sorry to hear about the issues mate, I've had mine since Jan 2011 and clocked up 11,500 faultless Kms so far (touch wood).

HATE TO SAY MATE, I THINK YOU GOT A FRIDAY BIKE., IVE HAD MINE 18 MONTHS, JUST FACTORY RECALLS ONLY. TOUCH WOOD!!! 33,KLM`s NO PROBS YET. THE ONLY THING I HAD WAS THE FACTORY LEFT THE PRESSURE PLATE OUT OF THE FRONT LEFT FORK FOR THE PRE-LOAD. PRO-CYCLES HORNSBY REPLACED WITH NO WORRIES.

2011 , 9,000 KM , ridden like it was stolen i mean , i wheelied it and cut-offed it all the time, changed oil only once, i even crashed it doing stunts at +-80 KPH and broke all fairings and engine covers: the bike still works #1 ...
Im not even touching wood since im
Not supersticious !!
Best bike ever .
