Are those mirrors these ones, and do you know if they work with Throttlemeister?

No, I didn't know there needed to be a hole. I thought it looked more like a clamp that went around it.

Those are the same mirrors--but you won't need the bar ends.
You can slide your controls up and clamp the mirrors to the bar.

I've never used throttlemeisters - so I don't know how they are hooked up

The mirrors can be purchased by themselves:
CRG Blindsight Mirror.
They are sold individually.
