Was at the track last weekend and had problems when I opened the throttle at approx. 6500-7000 rpm. when I opened it up nothing happend, opened more nothing happend then it hit and power kicked in with a vengance. Scared the s..t out of me especially when you have your knee down coming through turn 8 at Reobling!!
I run a stock exhaust and tune with absolutly no mods.
It also didn't happen until the second or third lap, so basically when the bike is really hot.
I had an old error message that the ehaust servo motor has thrown a fault. But talking to the tech at ther local BMW dealer he says that, the exhaust valve should not effect the throttle response and is just there for emissions and noise.
Any one have had this problem too? could it be the exhaust valve?
I have not tried it out on the road yet as the bike has all its track "stuff" on it and i want to take it to the track again on Monday
    Any help would be great
    Thanks
