I have the stomp grip pads. They come with the smaller ones for the frame. Like you, I wanted something a little lower on the frame. So far I really like the feel of them. Some people will say that they tear up your leathers, but I ordreed their "vulcano" style and they haven't caused any excess wear on my leathers yet.
