Default Common Tools

All-

I thought we could list all the main tools for the bike. Like the 34mm axle nut... Etc. Was hoping to make build a toolbox just for the S-bike. If the list is decent maybe it makes a FAQ or sticky...

I just ordered a new torque wrench and a set of torx bit sockets, going from T10 to T60 ($35). Here is the page on Amazon.com

My limited torx bits didn't go high enough T50, T55 & T60.

The German Wilha Torx tools are awesome. They fit snug compared to some of the stuff I've bought.

I hate Torx. I can't get my T-25 to seat up on the rear shock collar lock screw.

Everyone get the cool little plastic socket for adj the fork preload w/o marring the anodized finish?

Yeah, I've lost that already.

When you try to use it for the rear shock high-speed compression setting, it falls off and doesn't hit the floor.

Yeah, it's great fun grovelling around under the bike trying to find the little plastic socket

34mm... it's a big mofo. I had to go buy one, my last bike (CBR) was like a 24 or similar.
