Default BMW S1000RR Service Manual on FILESERVE

EDITED INSTRUCTIONS, due to the fileserve link not working properly i uploaded the file again at Hotfile

Hi fellas, I seached the entire forum trying to find if the oem service manual has already been shared and couldn't find it.
So, having it, I decided to upload to Hotfile so anyone who wants it will be able to download. I don't own a S1KRR still though, but I love the bike.

http://hotfile.com/dl/143522682/c764...anual.iso.html

After download you need to extract it with WinRar.

After extraction, to open the manual: run RepRom.exe

If you do not have WinRar you can download it here:
WinRAR download and support. WinRAR is a powerful Windows tool to compress and decompress zip, rar and many other formats: Download now

Hope you enjoy it!

Cheers

Unfortunately the manual is an executable file that does not work on Apple products. Some folks have downloaded some very specific software to view it on their Mac or Iphone/Ipad, I'm not sure how that worked out or what the software was.

You first have to extract it with WinRar.
You'll get then an Iso file that you can burn to a disk with Nero Burning Rom, or you can open directly with Power ISO.

To just open the manual: open the Iso file with PowerISO, and then click on the MOUNT tab, then set number of drives (eg: 1 )
Then click again Mount tab, and select MOUNT IMAGE TO DRIVE (F) - or whatever leter the virtual drive has as name.

At this point, if you go to My Computer (I have XP still, so sorry if in Vista or Seven it's called different ), you'll find drive F with the Service Manual.

If you do not have WinRar you can download it here:
WinRAR download and support. WinRAR is a powerful Windows tool to compress and decompress zip, rar and many other formats: Download now

You may download PowerISO from here:
PowerISO - Create, Edit, Extract, Mount, Compress, Encrypt, Split ISO file, ISO/BIN converter, Virtual Drive, DAA

Hope you enjoy it!

Cheers
You could not find it because the original op did not say it by name to keep it off of any searches on the web.

I'm a little leery of running an executable. This reeks of malware/trojan. I'd advise caution.

It's the bmw service manual cd as it comes.
It does not hide any trojan that my avast can detect.

Yeah, I know that now. Many people wouldn't find it as well. Now they may. I'm not expecting any copyright claims for sharing it btw..
They sell a $14K bike and they expect to charge additional $100 for the cd.. that IS funny..

The other post about the manual that was on here, I got it to work just fine. IMHO, it is a little "odd" the way it works.

Hey man, it's very simple to make it work.

You need Winrar to extract the dowloaded file; then Nero burning Rom to burn the image file into a CD, or PowerIso to make it run on your computer.

All steps are in the first post. If you follow them one by one you will get the manual to work. No hidden secrets.
