Default Restoring scuffed CF

I have some CF heelguards on a bike, however the clearcoat has become quite scratched from my boots.
Anyone got a good way to get rid of these please?
TIA

Works great.... Here's some pictures of my belly pan... before and after. I scraped it in a turn this past Monday at the Track... I spoke to Julius Ilmberger and he gave the same recommendation as Nigel (above). I only hand brushed the lacquer on (as opposed to spraying the area w/a rattle can). Since Monday, I've flipped my rear insert on the rear shock and raised the front triples accordingly, so I shouldn't have the same problem again.
