Default 1st service at 800 miles?

Hi All

I'll get my S1000RR on friday and I planned to go Paris (from London) next week.

Is it a problem if I do the 1st service at 800 miles ?

I tried to find a dealer in Paris but they're fully booked.....

My dealer here in London told me it may be a problem for the warrenty.

My local BMW dealer said just yesterday that I could drive from 1000 to 1500km without voiding the guarantee. 1500km would be around 932miles...
Anyways, I'm choosing to not drive any further than my covered 1000km until I get my oil and oil filter changed.

I did my first service closer to 900 miles because my first bike didn't come with the rev limiter. So i was in no hurry. The dealer had no issue either.

820 miles at first service. No problems thus far 2000 miles! Smoothe as a baby's bum, faster than a scalded cat, and comfortable as a Barcalounger. OK, that last part is a LIE but it's pretty comfortable for a this style of bike.

I just booked my first service at the BMW Paris.

SO I just need to do around 250/300 miles before leaving london ...

300 miles on highway is not great before the 1st service but I have to go to Paris and I don't want to take the eurostar as I want to have my bike there...
