When I was there, they rolled your bike onto the floor. I figured it was next to be sold. Nice. We'll have to join up for a ride.

Called to set up an appointment with them today for Saturday for the 600 mile, but had to settle for the following Saturday. Asked them how much it would cost and they told me the same thing, " I bought my bike from them so it shouldn't cost anything".
got mine done today at Escondido BMW (SoCal) for $210 OTD. i got a dealer 10 miles away but chose to go 40m farther instead bec of the great people & best service out there! highly recommend those guys!
Had mine done at Baton Rouge BMW. Kudos to James for a great job. I changed the oil and he did the rest, including changing the radiator cap, which was a warranty item. I also requested they remove the existing aftermarket pipe and install a full Kyle Racing system. They did all that work for $230.
The loaner's are terrible half the time there on empty and if you don't call ahead you might not get one. Best advice bring your laptop and some food you will be there for a while. The service as a whole though is great.

Thanks for the tip. First time I go there for service so I'll report back on my experience. But I keep hearing good things about their service.
I was planning on coming ready with laptop and some snacks to do the waiting. they better have wifi. Else, I could ask for a 2h demo ride.
