Maybe compared to the others, but speaker quality is still complete sh!t, and that's been my biggest complaint. I finally ditched mine and went with a set of headphones. Removed everything that looked like a headphone, just kept the speaker and bluetooth components. Although I lack intercom, I can do everything else, with speakers that are actually good, and have noise cancellation. Never used the intercom when I had it anyways.
You have to keep in mind there is a lot of wind noise to overcome on a motorcycle. At least this system allows one to plug in earbuds directly. I do use noise isolating earbuds with mine. I can take calls and the person I'm talking to doesn't even know I'm traveling 70 mph on a highway.
For longer rides, that's exactly what we do.
Some cheap $10 "IN EAR" head phones work perfect to drown out wind noise and increase clarity for the music, calls, and intercom.
