Forgive my ignorance, but are these used for blocking off the pair valves, or something different?

With the risk of really being ignorant...what are these for?? I have a pcv and full akra system...do I need these?

Unfortunately, we have decided not to carry them.
We just ordered a set for our Project bike to get a more accurate Power Commander Map.. .. , and offered to anyone who wanted to a set before we placed our order with Driven.

They block the airinjection that skews the Autotune's ability to read proper A/F
