You guy seem like great people and you're very helpful on the forums but...

Could you please consider hiring a web designer ? Everything is so cluttered it can be an arduous task to find something on your website.

+2,

I've bought from them, and I don't mean to criticize their parts, service, or advise, but a one page web-site that goes on for miles is the pits to shop from.

Agreed, but if it means passing our savings onto a web designer's salary instead of into our pockets, I'll put up with it!!!!

... Yea, we know it's not the most flashy up to date modern site out there.

But, for every 1 complaint we get 1000 e-mails about how much they enjoy all the information, photos, detailed descriptions, easy to navigate...etc..etc

Guess, we cannot make everyone happy. Except with our Customer service.

Still not sure, what is soo difficult to navigate about our MAIN Catalog Page.?

http://www.hardracing.com/Catalog.htm

Seems Pretty straight forward.?

Hey HR,
Sorry for the web page blast,... but true.

I received my order the day before yesterday and VERY happy. The packaging of the Puig windscreen (light smoke), Throttlemeister, and Cat cover was excellent and quick. Tracking was good and easy.

Keep up the good work. I can live with the web pages. Heck, another excellent vendor on here doesn't even have web pages for their "S" products yet - but they are working on it.

I think all the vendors that have supported this new bike have been great so far and deserve a nice cheer of thanks. Nice to have 1st year products supported right out of the box, and if I had to rely on my beemer dealer alone, I'd still have a stock bike.

If I ever come by your shop again, you gonna let me ride that Bemmer?

No need to worry on committing and then being held to it , I won't be back to Mooresville for a good while yet.

I cant believe its been a year already since I was last up there. Did I tell you about the run in I had with the State Patrol during my brief passage thru South Carolina while traveling towards North Carolina? Suffice it to say I wont be passing thru S.C. again anytime soon, well not while operating a motor vehicle.
