Here's a test vid I took at night on my way home from work. Don't ask me what the clicking / popping is. It's in every gopro vid I've taken and isn't audible otherwise. Prolly cause the camera is mounted on the frame slider (basically directly connected to the engine)

Oh and I don't play on that stretch of road on cold tires. It's like the Philly streets dept tried to make some abstract art out of the tar snakes

Doesn't the Hero 3 come with the U shape rubber thingy to eliminate that sound?
Also, I was also thinking on using the frame slider to hold the hero3. could I see a picture of how you hooked yours?

It's nothing special. My sliders are flat so the 3m flat mount works fine. You can see the mount on the slider
