Are the stock exhaust header gaskets reusable?

Yes and no. You can probably get away with it. You'll probably hear a leak if you have one--loud ticking sound.

I would just reuse them. I did and had no problems.

I used mine and have had no problems in over 14,000/km.

I think a lot depends on how many miles are on the gaskets already. I have changed my exhaust and re used the gasket with 8k miles and no problems.

Someone did say for $5.xx a gasket why not get new ones after spending all the money for the exhaust. I still re use them though
