Default Noise inside gas tank?

I got a noise inside the gas tank when the level of fuel is low?

When moving the bike side to side, when low level, the fuel left in the tank seems to move something back & forth and make a noise like a squeezing gasket??

(the noise disappear when the tank is more than about 1\4 full)

What's in there?

Thank you for your help

Probably the float moving around. You won't notice it when more than a quarter full as it would be submerged and in the fully "up" or full position. When tank is low or around when the low fuel light is going to come on the float arm will start to move around. There is a delay built into the level sensor system so that when the fuel sloshes around the light doesn't come on and off. It takes kind of an average reading until it "feels" the level is low enough and the low fuel light comes on and will stay on until the tank is filled--probably at least 1/2 to 1 gallon of gas will get it to go out for a little while.
