Default exhaust and O2 sensor questions

I have a couple questions:

So i picked up a devil exhaust. I was wondering where people were putting their 02 sensors?
The exhaust luckily has threaded sensor bungs already welded into the exhaust located on the two Y pipes coming off the headers...and then another on the Y pipe connected directly to the midpipe.

Also what should i plug the left over holes with (no pun intended)?
A buddy of mine was telling me to be aware of using bolts made of something other than titanium as it may expand at different rates potentially cracking the exhaust. Any thoughts?

so no one can answer any question on 02 sensor placement on full exhaust systems? I was wondering if there was any benefit to placing it on the midpipe where it would take an average of the 4 cylinders or what?

I have a full Akra exhaust, and I put both stock o2 sensors in the bungs that are on the headers as I don't use the PCV and Autotuner. As for what to use, I don't know since mine came with bolts screwed into the bungs.

I also have a full Devil system Devil BMW S1000RR Exhaust . I love it

You must place the two O2 sensors in the header pipes making sure to keep them on their original left and right sides.

The bung in the midpipe needs to be blocked off - I can't explain why Devil don't supply a bolt for this. It's only there for calibration, that is, for hooking up to a gas analyser during dyno runs etc.

If you do not have a power commander then you need to plug the stock O2 sensors into the holes in the headers making sure they are on the correct side.

If you have a power commander installed you need to unplug the O2 sensors from the headers. You can leave the sensors in there if you do not have something suitable to plug the holes just unplug the wire connectors.

The hole in the Y-pipe is for the auto tune or a sniffer when dyno testing.

Installed mine and I need to plug (bolt on)the hole in the midpipe. Is there a part number/Bolt that I can order for this or should I pick up a matching bolt/thread from the hardware store (they are all too long) and cut it shorter?

Sorry but I don't know a part number.

I was lucky in that my friendly bike shop had a spare bung from some other exhaust floating around. AFAIK they're an industry standard size, so your best bet may be to go to your local off or on road bike shop (non-BMW) and ask them.
