Default Does the Quick Shifter effect the AutoTune results?

ok after running the Auto Tune for some time I have had to zero out my 1st gear trim tables twice now because after running the Auto Tune The fueling starts to sputter in First gear. I think its doing it at about the same point I sometimes use the quick shift going from 1st to 2nd gear when riding around town. So to make a long story short... I'm thinking that when using the quick shift the fuel becomes VERY rich for a quick second and I think the Auto Tune is picking up on this and trying adjust to that.
What do you all think?

I thought exactly the same some time ago but most answers were that it does not have effect.I saw some difference when I did not use my shifter.Maybe Dynojet could answer more accurately this question.

Can you send me your map BEFORE you accept trims when this problem is happening? Does it seem to do it in the same place every time?

For example this map was a result on a trackday that I went a week ago. Some nr do not seem right. For ex you cannot have at the rpm range of 4500-5500 so many - and + (-12 and 500rpm later +36) without changing the AFR value. This map is way to much up and downs in a small range of rpms.I am worried a bit.
