Default Autotune making the bike extremely lean between 1.5k-3k rpm

I am using PCV+Autotune with my Yoshi full exhaust. The Autotune table is populated with the default value 13.2 between 1.5k - 3k rpm range for all throttle %ages. All other values like max enrichment and max enleanment are defaults.

After I first accepted the trim, the bike extremely lean between 1.5k - 3k rpm range and started showing lots of hesitation at low speeds (stop n go traffic). At first I thought Autotune might correct it when I accept the new trim again, but it did not.

I then changed the Autotune table and entered 11.8 between 1.5k - 3k rpm for 5% and 10% throttle. After about 500mi of riding, I accepted the trim and the bike is very smooth now in that rpm range, with no signs of hesitation.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? Am I doing anything wrong that might be causing the hesitation with default AT table? I am not sure if I should continue using 11.8 in the Autotune table.

my bike is doing that now in the exact range you specified with the dynotune canned map. I'm running an akra full w/ short can. You mind posting a screen shot of your corrected map. I know our pipes are different but i'd like to richen it up a bit as well. thx

Here is my current map settings for 1.5k - 3k rpm range, I am sure there is still room for improvement, but you will at least get an idea of what I am referring to:

I finally got around the issue by entering 0 in the Autotune table for 1500-3000 rpm range for 5%-40% throttle. This was suggested to me by Dynojet.

Everything has been well for the last 3 weeks, but now for some reason it has become leaner in the 4k-5k range (I have not changed the map in the last 3 weeks) and hesitates quite a bit.

I am starting to think that Autotune is not doing what its supposed to do.

I would run the sensor test first. Where has the O2 bung been placed? What type of exhaust do you have? Have you checked for exhaust leaks? It sounds like the bike has a reversion issue or you forgot to block the PAIR valve. Let me know.

Its a Yoshimura R77 full titanium exhaust. I have already checked for exhaust leaks and my pair valves are blocked. I had sent my O2 sensor to your facility earlier this year and after testing, it was found to be working perfectly and was sent back to me.

I was on a remote desktop support with one of your technicians. They told me that the bike could have a reversion issue. The O2 sensor is about 12inches from the muffler. The pipe has two more openings for stock O2 sensors (these opening are currently plugged), where I can install the Autotune O2 sensor. This would place the sensor further away from the muffler, resolving the reversion issue. The only problem is that those two openings are smaller in diameter and the Autotune sensor won't fit there.

If I am running a Akra evo shorty can full exhaust, PCV and Autotune am I supposed to block the pair valve for it not to bog or hesitate? When I did the lookup in the do it yourself section it said nothing about blocking the pair valve is a must when you install a full system.

If that is the case I now know why my bike sounds like its dropping a cylinder at idle and certain gears.

I would recommend that you block the PAIR valve or just input values of 0 in the low RPM and low throttle ranges in the Target AFR table so that it does not try to tune in that area. Let me know if you have any issues.
