Header bolt torque specs anyone?

Can someone with a shop manual please post up the torque specs for the header bolts and O2s. My manual is on order but the dealer is quoting me at least two weeks. I dont wanna wait that long to install my akra. Thanks!

14Nm for the nuts for the headers to the manifold.

25Nm for the O2 Sensors
