Question MISSION IMPOSSIBLE: AUTOTUNE and S1000

hello people, come again asking for help from you guys.
I am trying to install one month here in autotune s1000 without success. I have the following configuration:
power commander 5
Candles brisk
KN Filter
Akrapovic racing full exhaust short

already reported several times here in the forum for help on following problem.
autotune installed, according to the scheme of the manual, when I turn the bike, and I see the table of autotune on pc, measuring AFR is locked at 9.99. when you turn the bike, it works in 0.00, 9.99 and soon appears and locks this value. I tried everything, all information was made possible, since the lambda-changing for another, even changing the autotune, and nothing, the problem persists. I got to stick to weld the exhaust probe in catching two exit ducts to see if the reading better, and nothing. same problem. The plugs that come with terminators installed autotune d andall possible way, and nothing to resolve.

this time I did the system lock PAIR intensao to help with something in the solution of the problem. still not tested by the autotune returned to the seller.

someone already went through similar problem? I do not know what to do anymore.
need urgent help from you guys. help me please!
graciously

Nobody here has had such a problem. Many have PCV and Autotune. If your Lambda is ok, you have a install problem. Perhaps bewteen PCV and Autotune, perhaps wires not connected correctly, somewhere there is an issue with the installation. You need to take it to an Dynojet expert to check the installation and find the problem. Perhaps the wire to the throttle position sensor.

Perhaps these videos will help you to check your installation

I looked at least 50x this video. only at the end of it I do not understand what the installer shows the wire temperature sensor on the bike, that gray wire. he is not bound in autotune. which the function of it? No more, I installed and uninstall many times and nothing autotune. always checking wiring and everything else.

You do not have to connect the temperature sensor. I just have delay of 120 secs instead of temp sensor. You can only go to dynojet installer. We cannot sea your problem.

If you call Dynojet Tech support, and are willing to have your laptop connected to the PCV and the internet, they can tell you how to download a small program from their web site that will let them access your PCV through your computer, so they can check things out and/or make changes to the setup. They helped me out that way when I had issues when I first tried to set the PCV up to be able to switch between two different maps. It was interesting and very informative to watch what I should have been doing with the software, happening in real time while I was on the phone with the Tech.

Hope this helps.

He found the problem. He never disconnected the original stock narrow band lambdas. It is sorted!

I have the same problem: Autotune trim table shows all zeros

Sent my Autotune to DJ for replacement. They checked and told me it was fine. Waiting for the kit to be shipped back to me. My stock sensors are disconnected.

Is the auto tune check box ticked on on the PCv? Do you have target values set up and min max window open?

Yes, the check box is ticked. I have the screenshots here: Autotune trim table shows all zeros

When I get my kit back from DJ, I'll re-install and see if it works.
