Default Custom connector pipe?

Has anyone retained the factory headers and just cut that big ugle silencer out and fabricated their own connector pipe onto a slip on muffler?

I did this with my ZX6 and it worked great.

Would like to see pics if anyone has done it please.

Mate do a search for Austin RAcing they have done it and a few others have thought about it ,i have it on mine and when mapped with PCV it produces over 193 rwhp

thats the thing about exhausts there a little difficult to REINVENT an exhaust is an exhaust mostly its about what u prefer..........

Agree Rob, have you seen what Double Dog Moto is working on .... thats thinking out of the square. Flippin made looking and will be interesting if it performes as they say it does (close to Akra full system).
