Default New exhaust 1st sunny day in PA

After some trials and tribulations i got my exhaust on and got the bike all cleaned up from the winter dust ,
Other than hardware problems with the system It is made with some very good quality welds, and is beautiful when you armor-all it!

long long winter finally got to play with my bike, still in the 50's tho and roads are crap!

might get a dark windscreen dunno yet and got the tail tidy on order as we speak, ill take a few pics to show you "the hardware problems"
but nothing a little problem solving cant fix if your getting one don't let a few bolts discourage you! your prize is one of the sexiest exhausts on the market and one of the rare owners of one

Bike looks great! I think the Devil exhaust is one of the top three best looking exhausts for the S1RR. Just by chance, does Devil make a slip on exhaust for the RR that eliminates the cat?

i like the shape of the end cap and the matte carbon...

but cant stand them bloody hangers n straps also the bolt hole in the hanger not doing anything looks ugly.....

its why i have an arcs with a v3 black can 300mm.....bolts to the hanger with no strap, and i like the idea of keeping the header valves....

looks similar with matte carbon and the end cap has a similar shape.....

and i reckon even less will have the arcs............especially because of the choice of cans with austins exhausts........

The flanges don't sit flush ( was told by devil this is how they were designed apparently i got a revamped version? sounds like BS to me).
not a real issue but if you do install it don't be to surprised and think you did something wrong

all the bolts the included are to long except for the bolts to hold the exhaust hanger up so i decided to just use two nuts instead of cutting them down to size mostly because it was getting dark and i was getting lazy ill fix it later

and the highlight of working on the exhaust
these two "bungs" are home made lol i had to cut a bolt down to size because no place had a bolt short enough i cut it to half and inch and used loctite it is 12mm fine thread if your curious i didn't even bother fighting with devil about the bungs. one down side is if you don't have an auto tune your going to have to order a bung from Dyno jet to plug the o2 sensor hole.

.
On a side note the exhaust leaks from the headers next to the block until you get it to running temp and ride it for a few miles then it seals up.
and you will def need a spring puller from auto zone the thick black ones all the smaller ones snapped on me

other than that it fits nice and tight together and is amazing one you get it running and i would not trade this exhaust for anything (maybe a arrow)
it by far worth it all.

None that i know of just the regular Slip on
i would look up austin racing if your out looking for a system like that
they build quality things and hear nothing but good things about them

i have no idea i think arkapovic have the 12mm bungs maybe be able to call them and get a pair. but im cheap and it cost me 25 minutes and $2.50 to make mine. my major worry with those copper bolts was striping them to be honest had to buy gear wrenches just to get them off and on since finding a metric 12 point socket is near impossible were i live.
