Does it still do it after the engine has warmed up?

Not a necessity but it is a good idea to get a PC after installing a full system.

Can you upload a pic? I don't have an answer in regards to the popping cause I'm not sure if the BMWs have an AIS system or not...

I installed mine on my 2010 over a year ago, not a single problem with it. (other than friends drooling on it)

I have that exhaust with a power commander and Taylor Mades map. Many months and thousands of miles later it still pops a lot until it's warmed up, even then it still pops a little. Get the block off plates for the PAIR system, link and how to here or here for the DIY solution.

Default Exhaust

Will this exhaust fit with full race fairings? While I'm on the subject, does anyone know if the stock exhaust fits with race fairings.....I'm still a newbee! Picked up the bike yesterday and already starting the conversion from street to race bike!!!

YES YOU CAN, but...

I don't see it listed right now on the TaylorMade Racing website.

There was a RACE exhaust kit available.
They just sell you the exhaust WITHOUT the carbon trim-piece, saving you HUNDREDS...

You just cut an exit hole in your lower where the exhaust will go.
If you RACE, check with your governing body to see if the HOLE in the lower VOIDS their OIL CATCH PAN rule...

As well as it's very loud even with the baffle, so you might check the db level restrictions of the tracks you go to.
