No difference in performance or weight except one comes with a cheap yellow sticker having the Akrapovic name and is sold by many motorcycle shops and it is sold around $750
and the other one is usually sold by BMW dealers and has the Akrapovic name logotype lasered into the side and it is sold @ $ 1105.
If you are interested i have the one with the Akrapovic name logotype lasered and i don't need it because i have the ARCS exhaust system now.
