Urban, can you tell me something about the noise level of this helmet? It seems to me that the diffuser on the top of the helmet will create extra noise (and a nice climate inside) in comparison to a quantum for example.

Thnx!

Can't answer that one becuase I ride 100 percent of the time with ear plugs.
Maybe someone can comment. The answer will still be subjective as to the noise level.

Default Arai Edwards for sale

I've got an Arai RX7 new in the box in the very limited "Edawrds Laguna" colors. For those who loved the glory days of KR and the TZ750.

albert, I've got both the Quantum and RX7 models. The Quantum is hotter, but quieter. The RX7 and the Corsair flow a lot of air on the track. The one thing I notice with the Corsair is that I get more side to side buffeting at speeds over 160 than the RX7.

Ok, thnx Street! Is it a big difference in noise between the 2? I allways use ear protection.

Not very noticeable with ear plugs. The trade off for ventilation outweighs any other considerations.

PS Buy Urban's not mine. He paid for this ad.
