Don't have any spare parts but the only tough one is going to be the instrument cluster. You may need to get the replacement "retrofitted" to your bike with the BMW computer. Make sure the mileage of the cluster you buy is less than that of what you have on your bike. The higher mileage will be registered or synched to both when "retrofitted". If the mileage is different the mileage may blink on and off in the dash until you have it "fitted". It may not but it does in other BMW CAN bus bikes.

A new one is also somewhat expensive.

I'm still not 100% sure I need a new cluster, it was physically undamadged but did display some funky codes after I turned it on. I'm planning on a new one anyway.

What does a custom dash like that cost?

$570?! Yeah no kidding. Besides being awesome, what makes this dash any better than stock?
