Be careful I received a pm for my wheels wanted, by russianvr4 ,he ask 1650.00 for sets of oem wheels with rotors shipped.after asking picture by phone he email me the picture.I paypal him the money and since 1 week no news,no tracking number as supposed,did not neturn my calls,emails and pm.I reach him this morning at 5am and he told me no problem for the tracking number Ybut nothing yet???It sounds very bad ???

Have you spoken to paypal to get your money back, not sure how it works but I do believe they have some protection.

Contact Paypal immediately with your details. They should have you protected, and will return your money. Only screw-up I can think of is if somehow you notified Paypal your shipment had arrived and was accepted. Let us know how this turns out.
Think positive, maybe the shipper was lazy about getting them packaged and sent, or sent it the slowest possible way in the post at the busiest time of year. Good luck.

how did he tell you he sent them? i send alot of packages by usps and there is no tracking info to canada from the usa. there is only a shipping bill of lading as a customs form. until its ran through customs the numbers dont show up in the usps system...im not taking up for anyone as i can understand your concerns but i also do alot of shipping..

it wasn't clear in your post... did you receive the wheels?

im not taking up for anyone as i ship parts all over the world.. when the website says 7-10 days to ship international its hard to believe. the last parts i sent to germany stated it would be 7-10 days shipping priority. the person received them 23 days later. when you question the united states postal service about it they say that customs could hold up the process and that they can only estimate the time in which it will enter the country...
