The dude in the car was drunk and hit the bike.

The video looks staged. The accident scene is way too neat and we see no damage to either the car or the bike (the blue fairing piece in the opening shot looks like a carefully removed Yamaha bit, not something ripped violently off an S1KRR with a strangely asymmetrical paint scheme).

Nevertheless, faked for not, it's an effective public service announcement.
I hope it works.

Thought its was a yamaha too. Was actually about to click off the video till I saw the S1K on its side.

Anyone understand what they were saying?

My Czech is a little rusty, but, I think they're saying:

"If you are driving a Mercedes, especially if you have had a few well-deserved alcoholic refreshments at the end of a hard, executive decision-making day, watch out for motorcyclists. If you see one fouling our air and disturbing our peace, run him down, or at least knock him over. You will not be prosecuted and you will be provided with court-approved video evidence that you have suffered whiplash at the hands of the outlaw biker."

The video is part of a government-sponsored TV campaign to rid the eastern European country of dangerous and irritating motorcyclists.

One of these things is not like the others,
One of these things just doesn't belong,
Can you tell which thing is not like the others
By the time I finish my song?

They speak croatian, and the old man in Mercedes were drunk -"He said that he don't care about accident and he need to go".
I will ask for this accident my friends in Gospic and let us all know what was happened.

Staged, I doubt they put the brace on the neck and let you walk away.

It could be stagged, but this is my biggest fear of riding a bike in New Jersey. Most drivers do not pay attention to other cars, then you add a motorcycle into the mix and it's very dangerous.
