The casting is out but the machining makes it round It probably is not a major issue, but take another video which is a little clearer (probably from a little further back) and they will replace it under warranty for sure. It is a poor wheel. My stock wheel was off too, but not that much.

They can't fix it. Do you mean they won't replace it? If so why not, what were the reasons?
