Honestly, I don't know. I would recommend you check with Gregg's customs or maybe someone on the forum already installed them and would know.

Did a quick search and it looks like you will indeed need resistors.

You should be able to contact a couple members on the thread below to ask for more details.

I know, while not Gregg's Customs, Watsen Design uses a 4.3 ohm 2 volt resistor (and he does state the voltage can be a bit higher), but the resistors do tend to get rather warm after a few minuites of use (sitting in traffic with blinker on).
