Not trying to stir $h!t up, but I think it really depends on the buyer. I can't see needing all the suspension and stuff on a street bike, plus swapping back to street and going through inspection from a race bike can be a PITA.
My street bikes with 10k miles were way cleaner and in better shape than my race bikes with 2k miles. Plus I tend to beat the snot out of my track bikes; so I've always sold for less when they're ready to go.
Case in point - one of my last race bikes was a 1098R with the $3500 Ducati Corse close-ratio transmission, superbike valves, upgraded brakes, upgraded ttx shock, revised rear geometry, case guards, lightweight fairing stays and painted race bodywork. Never crashed, over $40k new plus $6k in upgrades. The bike sold with 1200 miles on it for $19.5k. Street 1098Rs, stock, with comparable miles on them were fetching $24-26k.
A bike is only worth whatever someone will pay for it. Some people want one that's been meticulously waxed, dealer-serviced, babied and garage kept - they're turned off by one that's been run hard.
Just my $0.02. Good luck with the sale - it's a very clean looking bike.
