the 010/011 is like half an inch shorter than the 012+ version. You can mount a longer spring if you want to. They are under $100 bucks, and if you need to get a new one for your weight, you need to do it anyway.
Let me do some research. Not that I don't trust Seraphim38 :wink2: but I'd like to verify from another source about the BM931 and BM930 differences.
I may be interested in picking up the forks and shock from you.
How many track miles/road miles are on these parts?
I have both Ohlins versions, and Seraphim38 is correct. It would be close to "good enough" if you flipped the top eccentric on the 2012 to fit a 2010 shock. There is some room at the bottom clevis to lengthen the BM931 also. Call any Ohlins service shop, they can alter the BM931 to suit later models quite easily if that's how you want to approach it. I've seen guys put the earlier version directly in to the later bike, but I wouldn't recommend that.
Confirming that only difference is the shock length. May be different valving as well but not sure.
