These are good looking covers. However, I have been riding a long time and gave never had any brake fluid "vent" from the reservoir. In fact it is impossible for the fluid to do so as the reservoir is sealed to keep moisture out since it would break down the fluid...

Take off your reservoir cap, there are slits on the threads so that it can vent. It is basic science that the reservoir has to be vented. If it was air tight, there would be no movement of fluid.

It isn't a myth that brake fluid will seap out of your reservoirs if you are riding hard. It is a known fact. Look at many professional riders and this is the exact same reason which they run brake reservoir covers of this sort on their motorcycles.

I wouldn't pass along wrong information for the sake of marketing a product.

Here are some examples of top level race bikes with reservoir covers on for this exact reason.
