The clip-ons are Attack Performance. Yes, they will hit stock AND aftermarket bodywork if you don't built up the steering stops with wheel weights. If you're running an aftermarket triple clamp, you may have to install "AMA-style" steering stops, as I did. You attach these to the front portion of the frame.

You just cut a wheel weight to the size of you steering stops on the lower triple clamp and put it there with the supplied adhesive. One or two cut wheel weights on each side should be enough to minimize huge tank slappers and prevent your controls from hitting your fairings.

If you'd like to see the "AMA-style" steering stops that a machinist made for me, I can photograph them today. They're pretty slick!!!
